• Minimums - There is a minimum order of 12 pieces for embroidery and all one and two color printing, 36 for all three color printing, 72 for all four color printing, and 144 for all five ­and six color printing.

• Turnaround - Orders are generally completed within ten business days after your payment is received. 

• Rush Service - Orders can be completed in as few as two days, however, rush charges will apply. Call for details.

• Payment Policy - Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. Acceptable methods of payment are, Mastercard Visa, American Express, and Discover. In some cases we will accept a purchase order lieu of an up-front payment.

• Pick-up and Shipping - Completed orders can be picked up at our office between the hours of 10AM-6PM Monday through Friday. We offer free shipping on all custom orders placed on our website.

Artwork

• General Information - Artwork can be up to 6 colors.

• Submitting Artwork - Electronic File - We use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Files such as .PSD, and .JPG are acceptable but Vector files such as .PDF .EPS, and .AI are preferred.

• Halftones - Normal halftones should be printed at 35dpi - 55dpi depending on size and detail.

• Our in-house artists can work with your own design or create one for you from scratch.
